My Approach

My approach is rooted in holistic healing and personal empowerment. I incorporate relational models, somatic techniques, dream work, mindfulness, and transpersonal, existential and integral approaches. I also use more structured/evidence based modalities which include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and more.

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #128453 working in private practice.  I provide a free, 20-minute initial consultation over the phone to begin your healing journey.
