The Novel Coronavirus has uprooted our way of living and devastated communities around the globe. To help flatten the curve, I am offering telehealth services during this time of hardship to all of my clients.

United as a community we can make a difference.
1.

Couples
Therapy
I work with couples who are struggling to communicate and who are in need of conflict resolution support, no matter the phase of life they are in. Couples that are struggling no matter the phase of life they are in.

Group therapy is a process with a strong potential for healing. Groups are typically 12 weeks long unless there is an ongoing need.
My Approach

I incorporate relational models, somatic techniques, dream work, mindfulness, and transpersonal, existential and integral approaches.. I also use more structured modalities which include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
