Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
We are still in this together! A lot of the world has opened up and yet we are still learning how to navigate life with the Coronavirus as it still is impacting our communities. To help reduce the spread of the virus, I am continuing to offer telehealth services during this time of hardship to all of my clients.
United as a community we can make a difference.
I specialize in adults and children, between the ages of 12 to 18 and a wide variety of concerns.
I work with couples who are struggling to communicate and who are in need of conflict resolution support, no matter the phase of life they are in. Couples that are struggling no matter the phase of life they are in.
Group therapy is a process with a strong potential for healing. Groups are typically 12 weeks long unless there is an ongoing need.
My approach is rooted in holistic healing and personal empowerment. I incorporate relational models, somatic techniques, dream work, mindfulness, and transpersonal, existential and integral approaches.. I also use more structured modalities which include Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist #128453 working at Grateful Heart Holistic Therapy Center. I provide a free, 20-minute initial consultation over the phone for those interested in a session.
My therapeutic focus includes a wide variety of issues such as anger management, depression, anxiety, loneliness, addiction, life transitions, adoption, divorce, helping teens navigate adolescence, eating issues, self-esteem, relationship issues, conflict, domestic violence, conflict in couples, communication, boundary setting, personal acceptance and visibility and acknowledgment.
Tear off the mask. Your face is glorious.
