Psychotherapy

As we walk our own paths in life, we often find ourselves pulled in different directions. Life is unpredictable, which makes any change ever more frightening. It is hard to have patience or face the challenges and pain before us.

In individual therapy, we are a team to team to sit with and work through any struggle or challenges you are facing. I have deep respect for every one who comes in for help. Sometimes it is monumentally hard to ask for help; we don’t know what kind of help we need, but that we are hurting and need something to hold onto.

 

You are more than just your symptoms or diagnosis. You are more than your pain. We all deserve to thrive beyond surviving.
