What to expect during a session with me

​

I approach the therapeutic relationship from a humanistic stance which means unconditional positively accepting who client's are and what they bring into the session. Safety within the room and within the relationship is paramount. When we feel safe to be who we are, we can start to heal the parts of our souls that is aching from pain. 

 

This is your time and you have every right to decide how to use it. I always include my clients in the planning of their own treatment process. We will work on what is most important to you.
